Professional background

I am currently Chief Customer, Risk and Governance Officer at a community service provider. I was previously Chief Quality and Risk Officer at an ASX-listed company with 68 residential aged care facilities around Australia. Prior to this, I worked at Allity Aged Care and Bupa, where I managed a range of risk, compliance and operational responsibilities, including customer experience and service acquisitions. I have also had experience working with the Department of Health and Ageing as an investigation manager.
